Steps to Fill the Registration Form
FDP Topic: Development of E-Content in Four Quadrants

Date: 22nd June to 05th July, 2026
Session: Online Mode, Daily 6 PM (IST) Onwards
Step 1:
Click the registration link to open the form:

Step 2:
Read the FDP details including registration fee and contact email at the top of the form.
Step 3:
Fill in your Name, Email, Phone Number, Organization/Company/College Name, Job Title/Designation, Postal Address, City and State.
Step 4:
Session Mode:
- Online (Daily 6 PM IST onwards)
Step 5:
Provide Transaction reference ID/UPI transaction ID (provide for validation) and Payment Date (in DD/MM format)
Note: This payment will be verified, and a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.”
Step 6:
Provide your consent by selecting Yes.
Step 7:
Click Submit at the bottom of the form to complete your registration.
Download the Form:
Click on the link or attachment provided to download the official form.
Save the form to your device (computer or smartphone).
Fill the Form:
Open the downloaded form using a PDF editor or print and fill it manually.
Ensure all required fields are completed accurately.
Attach any additional documents if specified.
Scan or Convert to PDF:
If filled manually, scan the form clearly.
Combine all pages and documents into a single PDF file (if possible).
Send via Gmail:

Use a clear subject line, e.g.,
Form Submission – [Your Name] -
Write a short message in the body (e.g., “Dear PRAN Team, Please find attached my completed form for your kind consideration.”)

Click the paperclip icon (📎) to attach your completed form.

Finally, click Send.
