Steps to Fill the Registration Form

Step 1:
Click the registration link to open the form:

Step 2:
Read the conference details including registration fee and contact email at the top of the form.
Step 3:
Fill in your Name, Email, Phone Number, Title of the Paper, Organization/Company/College Name, Job Title/Designation, City and State.
Step 4:
Select Registration Type:
- Faculty / Academicians (Rs. 1450/-)
- Research Scholar (Rs. 1150/-)
- Student (Rs. 500/-)
- Award Category (Chanakya) (Rs. 2500/-)
Step 5:
Select Session Preference:
- Online
- Offline
Step 6:
Select your presentation day (if applicable):
- 27th January 2026
- 28th January 2026
- Both
- None
Step 7:
Provide Transaction reference ID/UPI transaction ID (provide for validation) and Payment Date (in DD/MM format)
Note: This payment will be verified, and a confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address.”
Step 8:
Provide your consent by selecting Yes.
Step 9:
Click Submit at the bottom of the form to complete your registration.
Download the Form:
Click on the link or attachment provided to download the official form.
Save the form to your device (computer or smartphone).
Fill the Form:
Open the downloaded form using a PDF editor or print and fill it manually.
Ensure all required fields are completed accurately.
Attach any additional documents if specified.
Scan or Convert to PDF:
If filled manually, scan the form clearly.
Combine all pages and documents into a single PDF file (if possible).
Send via Gmail:
